The RO should make another attempt to secure the sick bay medical records of the U. S. S. Willmarth, where the appellant indicates he received treatment for tinea corporis in 1944 and 1945, through official channels. 2. The RO should review the statement, received in March 1994, from Mr. [redacted], who served with the appellant in 1944 and 1945. Thereafter, the case should be returned to the Board, if in order.
