REPRESENTATION Appellant represented by: Military Order of the Purple Heart ATTORNEY FOR THE BOARD Sabrina M. Tilley, Counsel REMAND The veteran had active duty from September 1965 to January 1969 and from December 1972 to September 1978. During the course of his appeal, the veteran raised additional claims for compensation benefits for post-traumatic stress disorder, a left hip disability, a skin condition due to Agent Orange exposure, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, prescription drug dependence and a low back disorder. If a timely notice of disagreement is filed, the appellant and representative, if any, should be furnished with a statement of the case and given time to respond thereto. Thereafter, the case should be returned to the Board, if in order. The Board intimates no opinion as to the ultimate outcome of this case. The appellant need take no action unless otherwise notified.
